While in Las Vegas I was looking for a new and hip dining experience.  I had been to all of the buffet's, and the BBQ joints, and I wanted a new experience.   AquaKnox served it up for me.

The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas is beautiful.  Check out Erica's review:

The first thing you'll notice at AquaKnox is the lighting.   The neonish lighting around the bar is hypnotic.   The Venetian really went to greath lengths to decorate this place, and the ambience really fits with the menu.

Tom Moloney is the chef, and if you know anything about fine dining, then you know you can't lose with him.   His culinary standards have been celebrated time and time again all over the globe.

With the name AquaKnox, you can guess already that this is a seafood restaurant.   Not just any seafood restaurant though.   They put new spins on old dishes, and made me enjoy foods that I never knew I liked.

You have to get their crab claws, they are fantastic.   They have a whole raw bar, as well as caviar, butternut squash soup (wow, this was good, and I was surprised) as well as grilled lobster and filet mignon.

The prices aren't bad at all, and if you want fine dining with beautiful and calming ocean scenery, then go to AquaKnox at the Ventian Hotel in Las Vegas.
