Postrio is a great place for casual and fine dining.  The warm bordelo-red decor with the dim lit chandeliers gives it a romantic feel.  The staff is knowledgeable and will take the time to explain each entree.  Try the Maine scallops for starters, then move on to the rotisserie chicken or Vermont farm quail and for dessert try the apple tart tatin with a scoop of cinnamon ice-cream.
