When you arrive in Vegas at the airport, town cars are available for about $15-20 more than you would pay for a taxi, but you can avoid the taxi line that can take up to 45 minutes. When you are at the casinos, taxi lines can be brutal also. Just ask the doorman to get you a town car.  They'll usually take you anywhere in Vegas for $35.
