Sensi, one of the newest international dining restaurants in the Bellagio Hotel & Casino, is now taking reservations!  Located in the Via Fiore promenade, this restaurant offers a unique dining experience.  The kitchens are surrounded by glass walls, creating an open air feeling and allowing guests to view the chefs at work.   The food is outstanding! Try the Indian Chicken Tikkha Masala and the goat cheese salad.   And be sure not to skip out on the bread course, which is served with whipped butter and a dollop of ricotta cheese.

We highly recommend Sensi. The diverse menu, views of the kitchen, excellent food, and wonderful service make for a great Las Vegas dining experience.

Nobu is one of the top restaurants in New York, so it's not surprising that it's one of the top restaurants in Las Vegas.

If you like Sushi, this place will rock your world.  Located in the Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu offers Japanese/Peruvian fusion cuisine.  Think sashimi marinated in chimichurri sauce.

Don't forget to try the popcorn shrimp.  They're spicy, but to die for.  The best thing to do is to tell the waiter to order for you.

The only knocks on this Las Vegas restaurant are that it's hard to get a table and that it's a little too loud to carry on a conversation, but the food quality more than makes up for it.

Rosemary's was opened by Emeril Lagasse's assistant chef that opened Emeril's Fish House in Vegas.  It's a long ride (8100 block of West Sahara), but it's well worth it.

If it's on the menu, get the gnocchi.  I didn't know what it was either... trust us, it's amazing.

The food is outstanding, particularly the fish, but don't forget to load up on appetizers, because they really are something to write home about!

Although it's hard to categorize, the food is most closely described as "New Orleans chic."  If you like fine dining and don't mind an above-average price tag, you'll love Rosemary's.  This restaurant is so good it makes our nationwide top-20.  Don't miss it.
